How To Use: Use spatula included to scoop balm. Massage in circular motions onto dry skin using fingertips to breakdown makeup and residue. Apply warm water until it's a milky lather. then rinse off with cool water. Wipe off with cloth. Use alone or as the first step of your double cleanse.
